Founded in 2018 by Sachelle Gilbert, Gilbert & Co Legal Services have grown to be an exceptional Legal Service with compassionate and caring support staff. Whilst representing adults and youths at the Police Station, it became apparent that there is a serious issue with Criminal Law firms and there capacity in providing enough time to their clients. Many cases are rushed and not given the proper care it needs. Therefore, we are able to assist you with the time and dedication each case needs. We take on a few cases at a time as opposed to other firms who go over there limit for financial gain.

We are a Legal Service specialising Criminal legal matters. We provide private legal advice and attendances at the Police Station.

Many of our clients have been asked to attend the Police station. For a fee, we can attend the Police Station and represent you. In addition all of our attendances come with up to two hours of work which usually involves communicating with the Officer in Charge of your case after your initial interview.

We can also write to the Prosecution to request with your matter being dropped before it is sent to the Magistrates Court.
